Service Description

With Modern Movement's Postnatal Mommy Re-Boot workshop, the learning comes to you! We will learn safe and effective ways to strengthen your abdominals, stabilize your hips and pelvis and strengthen your pelvic floor. Babies are welcome during this 90 min workshop as long as they aren't crawling yet. This fun and educational class is perfect for your next Mommy and Me group. Get strong again and be the best version of yourself! $100 minimum, $25 per person.
